Service Overview 

Use this form to request approval for a contract.

If you have a contract requiring review this calendar year, please be sure to submit it into the workflow no later than Monday, December 2nd. Any contracts submitted after December 2nd will not be reviewed until after Christmas break. Regular contract review will resume on January 6, 2025.

Contracts submission training opportunities are available via Zoom. Training should be completed before submitting a contract through the Contract Routing & Approval service ticket. Click here for upcoming dates.
