If you’ve recorded a Zoom meeting and have determined that you need to keep it, use the following procedures or watch a video to download it to your computer.
- Open your Zoom account at go.udayton.edu/zoom.
- Click the Recordings tab.
- Click the check box next to the video title you want to download.
- Click the More drop down link (the ... icon).
- Click on Download (x files). If you are prompted with a "Download recording files" window, click Download.
- Use the Save File option and click OK. You may be prompted to rename the file and to choose a location for the files(s).
